1. Shipping Areas

We ship within Brazil as well as to select international destinations, including Japan.
Please note: International delivery availability may vary depending on your location. If you are unsure, kindly contact us in advance.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• Within Brazil: We ship via Correios (Brazilian Post) or DHL, always with a tracking number.

• International Shipping: We use DHL, FedEx, EMS, or other secure and trackable methods.

3. Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping charges within Brazil are automatically calculated at checkout based on your state and added to the total payment.

• Standard Shipping (PAC): A cost-effective option. Delivery takes several days, recommended for those who prefer lower costs.

• Express Shipping (SEDEX): A faster service for those who wish to receive their items more quickly.

Please note: Shipping fees may vary depending on package size, weight, season, or carrier fee adjustments.

International Shipping
We deliver to Japan, the United States, European countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, and more.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance procedures may also affect delivery times and fees.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• As each item is one-of-a-kind, additional time may be required for inspection and packaging.

• During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take longer than usual.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Within Brazil

• South Region (Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul): approx. 5 days with PAC, 1 day with SEDEX.

• Southeast Region (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo): 5–6 days with PAC, 1 day with SEDEX.

• Midwest Region (Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Federal District): 5–7 days with PAC, 1–2 days with SEDEX.

• Northeast Region (Bahia, Pernambuco, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, etc.): 6–9 days with PAC, 1–3 days with SEDEX.

• North Region (Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, etc.): 9–22 days with PAC; 2–5 days with SEDEX.

Japan & Other International Destinations

• Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days

• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
  Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Loss or Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
