【Orders】
Q. From where do you ship?
A. From the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
Q. How do I place an order online?
A. On a product page, click Add to Cart → Checkout, then enter your shipping and payment details. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A. As a rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order is completed. If you’re unsure about anything, please contact us before ordering. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
【Products】
Q. Are all items one-of-a-kind?
A. Yes. Most pieces are made from vintage Japanese kimono or obi and are one-of-a-kind. Restocks are often not possible, so we recommend purchasing when you find a favorite.
Q. I want more details on size and condition.
A. Each product page lists material, size, and condition. For additional questions, use our contact form or message us on Instagram.
Q. How should I care for my item?
A. Our main materials are silk and vintage kimono/obi textiles, which are delicate. We recommend:
Dresses (silk weaves)
Dry cleaning recommended.
Do not machine-wash.
If hand-washing, gently press-wash in diluted neutral detergent suitable for silk.
For wrinkles, always use a pressing cloth and iron at medium heat with care. Steam is fine, but avoid prolonged direct steam on the fabric.
Bags & Pouches
Do not machine-wash.
Avoid high humidity and carrying very heavy items to prevent distortion.
For dirt, wipe gently with a towel dampened in water with diluted neutral detergent.
Light wrinkles can be eased with a steam iron.

Q. How long until dispatch?

【Returns & Refunds】
Q. What if my item is defective?
A. If damage or mis-shipment is due to our error, we will accept a return/refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See Refunds & Returns Policy.
Q. Can I return an item if it’s different from my image or preference?
